  • Too bad. She was clearly the best looking candidate, and "gloss" sells in America. Look at the last guy who got in. He never worked a 8-5 job in his life, but got to the WH with a nice smile and a bunch of meaningless buzz words. What a country.

  • I vote Independent. But if the GOP allows a bunch of farmers in a state with few electoral votes to determine who won't be a candidate come Nov., then they deserve to lose. An absurd process; and those that fold now are truly losers. Ron Paul? Santorum? True candidates? Give me a break.

  • I woke up one day a little while ago to find out I wasn't even in the middle class now [$250K a year=middle class]. $200K a year just doesn't cut it anymore. I am depressed.

  • Should have stayed out of both, oh, and also should have left Europe alone in the 40's because Hitler, like Saddam and his ilk, were not a danger to us, and would have left us alone if we minded our own business. We lost 8K on the beaches of Normandy.

  • Been affiliated with the Army, AD, Reserve, DA Civilian since 1964, and never once during all those years of service, up to today, have I or anyone I know ever received a questionnaire of the type suggested here.

  • Erik, Vivian, Bill - Your comments all remind me of the mantra about not opposing airplane hijackers, to just go along with the hijack, sit still, and everything will work out. Well, we saw how that advice panned out on 9/11 didn't we, and that wasn't the first time.

  • Boy, I would love to either handle the case for the plaintiff, or sit on the jury. He should be set for life $$-wise if he get a reasonable jury.

  • Asking for a joint session of Congress to make another political speech? Give me a break. This is just another attempt to get campaign rhetoric into prime time. If he had any original thoughts on creating jobs it would be terrific, but I doubt he has a one.
